I think outside the box when it comes to a solution. I haven't seen a recruiter create a website to demonstrate his ability to show his full potential so creativity is a must have for me in order to be efficient.

I analyze a create a strategy for each market or position. I am driven by efficiency and numbers like Key Performance Indicators KPIs.
